Ammos the camel

We were at Macey's the other night grocery shopping and Sesaly started to sing a song that we had been singing earlier in the van. The song in the van went "Alice the camel has 3 humps, Alice the camel has 3 humps." well Sesaly's version was a bit different hers went "Ammos the camel has 3 months, Ammos the camel has 3 months." I'm not quite sure what her version means but maybe Ammos the camel has cancer or is a smoker and only has 3 months to live........?
